Application

For some time I have problems with Medusa pro, it disconnected, uninstalled and reinstalled, updated smart card and it was solved for a short time.
3 days ago I was trying to make a Samsung A32 and it closed by itself, when opening the software it disconnected and it can't do the job I need.
I formatted the computer and it was not a solution at all, the problem persists.
I hope the Medusa Pro team will help me solve this problem as soon as possible.
I attach images of what I detail above.
