Good afternoon dear forum users. I want you to help me unlock a samsung cell phone model SM-N970U, octoplus tells me to choose one of 4 unlock options, but none of them correspond to t-mobile. The cell phone does not ask for an unlocking code when I insert a sim card from another operator, but it does show that it is blocked from the network. And when I give the option that says permanent unlock, it sends me an error that says your phone cannot be unlocked "reason code 1019". Does octoplus support the unlocking of this t-mobile device or how can I unlock it?
