i use dongle and itis great but every time i do factory on/off
it goes crash and i have to repeat it many times
and after finish opreration same thing crash and go off card
i dont use antivirus
i do update firm card
other tools work perfect
i connect dongle direct to pc
how i solve that
i cannot report success operations even
