hello i cant unlock alcatel OT5033D android 11

Exe version: NCKDongle AndroidMTK 2.8.2
Selected model: 0-By CPU AUTO
Will be used database connection.
Phone must be off with battery inside.
Battery must be charged
Please insert USB cable now...
For some phones need to keep "VOL-" button untill inserting USB cable.
